KOREY BISSONNETTE · 2026

Korey Bissonnette is the founder, head of performance, and master trainer. His method is the synthesis of graduate-level exercise science, military conditioning, CrossFit's intensity discipline, and a decade of one-on-one coaching with executive clientele.

Each program is built and delivered by Korey personally. There is no second tier, no junior staff, no automated path through this service.

08 · A LETTER

From Korey.

I built this practice on the back of tens of thousands of hours coached, every mistake made, and one clear conclusion — this is the model that works. Movement and coaching have been the through-line of everything I’ve done — and the people I wanted to work with deserved better than what the standard model was giving them.

The executives I’ve worked with for the last decade taught me what real demand on the body looks like. Sixteen-hour days. Three time zones a week. Decisions that depend on cognition, recovery, and stress capacity. Nobody designs a training program for that life. So I did.

What you’ll get here is direct. Not because I’m precious about the brand, but because the math doesn’t work otherwise. Seven to nine people, full attention, daily contact, real-time program calibration. Each client’s wellbeing becomes a genuine part of my daily thought — not just during sessions, but between them. A tenth client costs the existing nine something they’re paying for. That’s why the door closes when the seats are full.

If you’re reading this and still here, you’re probably the right kind of operator. Inquire, complete the questionnaire, and we’ll find out together.

SIX-MONTH MINIMUM ENGAGEMENT

USD · BILLED MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY

10 · FREQUENTLY ASKED

Before you inquire.

The questions below cover what most prospective clients ask in their first conversation. Reading them now saves a step and saves us both time.

Why a six-month minimum?

+

The body does not respond to four-week cycles. Real adaptation, in mobility, strength, body composition, and recovery markers, requires consistent stimulus over months. A six-month commitment is the minimum window in which we can prove the work actually changed something measurable. Shorter engagements do not produce signal worth either of our time.

What does a typical week look like?

+

Three to seven live video sessions, depending on tier. Each session is 45 to 75 minutes, scheduled around your calendar in advance. A daily morning check-in via text covers sleep, stress, soreness, and energy, and the day’s programming adjusts accordingly. You’ll also receive a weekly written summary every Sunday.

Why no monthly cancellation?

+

Monthly cancellation creates two failure modes. First, clients quit before signal becomes outcome, then conclude the work didn’t help. Second, it forces the practitioner into perpetual selling, which dilutes attention from active clients. The six-month minimum protects both sides from short-term thinking.

What equipment do I need?

+

A curated kit ships to your residence at the start of the engagement: adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a foam roller, a quality mat, and a few specialty tools selected for your specific assessment. For travel, a compact subset is shipped to your hotels. You will not need a gym membership for the duration of the engagement.

How does pre-qualification work?

+

After you submit the inquiry on this page, you’ll receive a private link to a ten-question form, approximately two minutes to complete. Korey reviews every submission personally within 48 hours. If the engagement is a fit, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule a 30-minute discovery conversation. If it isn’t, you’ll receive a brief, considered note explaining why.

I travel constantly. Can this still work?

+

Yes. The model was built for clients whose calendar moves three time zones a week. Sessions are delivered live via secure video from wherever you are, a compact travel kit ships ahead of you when required, and the program calibrates to time-zone shift, hotel-room constraint, and recovery debt in real time. Consistency on the road is not a workaround in this engagement; it is the design brief.

I already have a home gym. Does that change anything?

+

Not only does it not change anything — it’s often the ideal setup. Part of what makes this engagement work is that your equipment evolves with you. Based on where you are in your development, what your body needs, and how your program is shifting, equipment is added or removed from your space on an ongoing basis. Your gym isn’t a fixed asset — it’s a living part of the program.
